Q:We have piece of land Approx 60 Cents)in Mangalore city area for development. The developer may need to convert the land, widen the approach road and build Flats. We intend to invite proposals for joint development of the land.

One option for me is to enter into a development agreement with a developer by which the entire cost of development will be borne by the developer. I expect certain amount of advance for starting the process and I will be provided certain percentage of the built-up area for myself and the rest will belong to the developer.
