Latest Answer: Hello Abhishek, site dimension is 30ft x 40ft. Approved by town planning board. Connectivity is excellant. The layout is on the main road only. It's on Bannur road towards Bannur while going from Mysore. Two engineering colleges. One around 1.5 km towards Bannur from the layout and another arond 3 km towards Mysore from the layout. Investement wise its good in my view. Pepole who see the layout physically and if really interested, then price can be discussed.
