Request for the Buyer's Agreement
Q: I would request for the Buyer's Agreement as the Agreement I received seems to be ONE-SIDED...no mention of commitments made by Sales Team while showing Sample Flat..

No mention of Specifications and deliverables/makes/brands used in the flashy sample flat. Possession in 36 months against false claims of delivery of flat by July 2014.

Latest Answer: I recommend to speak with the builders or get some legal advice.
