Already there has been a delay of more than a year and still the construction work is going too slow.Even the lifts are not fitted till date. And there is not one person who is taking the responsibilty. They are not ready to give contact details of higher authorities.Kindly share your views on same.thank you members .

I was thinking of buying a 3BHK in 1810 sq-ft flat in New project that is currently in construction phase i.e. SBP homes extension-3 in Sec 126.
I know SBP homes is reputed builder but still wanted to get an advice about the following:
1. Quality of Construction (i.e. is the Builder using standard materials in construction whether its cement ,bricks etc.)
2. About Possession
3.Area wise how is sector 126 for staying and other amenities.

Q:Hi Authorities,Please note that we have recieved the offer of possession, however the property is incomplete yet even after a delay of five months. I urge the Southcity Builder to provide us a date of completion and assurance that we will not be handed over a grossly incomplete authority. Even if the apartment is complete, it seems that there will be a delay in the construction of common areas and property will be in no practical shape to move in. I have a 4 BHK flat at South city which was supposed to deliver me bye dec 2012 .receantly i received offer letter of possession however all electricity work , wooden work even Doors, modular kitchen works ,paints etc not started yet. surprisingly lift fitting work has not started since i received offer letter of TOP Floor of 13 floor building....really dont know they r joking or what ???

Although we have recieved the offer of possession, an in-person site visit reveals that the property is not at all complete from common areas perspective.
