Q:We are planning to join you, the group of people residing/owning flats in this Presidency. We had come to the building sometime back with one of the Realtor agent. We saw big cracks on the columns of the building in front side.It is seen on all columns more or less at the same height. We are having apprehension about the stability of the building. Could some of you give information about the seriousness of the cracks. Have any Civil engineer (Structural ) been contacted for advice ?Please let us know as we are worried about this.
