Latest Answer: I recently booked a flat here. All the documents seemed sorted with approvals from all civic authorities including the BBMP. The finance side of it also worked out fine for me for a 3 BHK flat. I visited the site before making the investment and am convinced about the quality of output from Sumadhura.
