Q:Hi Owners@ Innovative Cosmo group,I've booked a flat booked at new property coming up at marathalli by Innovative constructions. For this, I googled and found some past history about builder or promoter (Mr Malla Reddy) committing some nuisance in Hyderabad after absorbing 70% of flat cost. My questions:1) Did you guys ever had a problem with this builder on money front?2) Any issues encountered on promised and actual construction gap?3) Any construction quality issue...like electrical switches/ sanitary ware quality?Your feedback will be highly appreciated.Thanks
