Q:I have booked a 3BHK flat in Jaypee Kassia 2-3 months back. At the time of booking they provided one info pack with information on DP plan. However in the PAL issued to me they changed this plan and asked for almost complete payment. I raised this concern to them as I could not arrange surplus money in such a short notice however they haven't reverted with any response. you call thier customer care and no body responds. If you call them 2-3 times they would stop picking up your calls. They give wierd answers to your queries and change thier responses everyday. They told me that a an amendment would be issued and it have been almost 3 months now they are stil keeping me in dark. I really lost faith in them and now banks has also got the directive to stop payment against DP Plan so my booking is now in soup. If anybody is facing similar problem do let me know. We can file a case against them. They should be punished for misleading customers.
