Q:Hello all, I am thinking of buying a flat in the top floor in Swanlake. I understand that for top floor the builder is already giving false ceiling. Please help with some advise.1. No builder will give guarantee against roof leakage in written. so before buying properties check all necessary document related to matter. check document related to maintenance related provision what if leakage problem arises in future.
