Q: Height of boundary wall in Park Grandeura is approximately 5 feet made of pillars and iron grill just like fencing used in dividers or parks. It is very easy to enter into the complex from any side by riding over grills/pillars.
My question is, can it be an approved boundary wall? Is there any parameters for this wall in society as it is a big risk of security?
Height and likely structure of boundary wall is defined or not? Builder says it is as per our planning though he has not written in the brochure.

Latest Answer: May be the builder have not constructed the building according to the approved plan. Check with the builder.

Q: i went to see the place 3+1bhk looked good and the agent quoted a price with written breakup and area as 1996 Sqft. a week later i went to see the sample flat again and they handed me a brochure which showed area for the same flat as 2250 Sqft (changed with blue ball point pen). a step 10 Lakh was added. thats funny how you manage to increase the area of exsisting flats, that too in one week. miracle!
Latest Answer: well, initial superbuiltup area 1996 has been changed to 2032 few months back by BPTP. 10Lakh diff may be because of basic rate @1850 previously quoted to you and now charging @2250 per sft. Read broucher again.
