Q: hi, i m looking for property in sector 75 neharpar faridabad being developed by BPTP. recently visited the area ,place is still under development with some pockets having residents shifting to new flats.. i wanna ask is there scope of any development in recent years and what about status and route of fng expressway?

Q: I have a 1500 sq ft flat in ORS residency in sector 89 in faridabad. Is it worth holding onto the flat? The possession is due by end of the year.

Q: I have booked the flat in this project in 2013 and since then i am closely watching the ongoing slow pace of construction work. Will this project ever get completed ? Even now bank is also not financing this project. When contacted to the project management they says of facing problem in getting the licence renewed and case is pending in the court.

My email address is npsingh2003@rediffmail.com I have yet to receive possession & he's charged me PLC for nothing ..not even a Park Facing Flat . I really want to lodge a CRIMINAL COMPLAINT with the police so that this GUY goes in for Good.

Q: Hi I have a flat in Triveni Signature Sec 89 in Tower S-1, 805. There is no construction at all in S-1 Tower and Triveni has already collected 12.3 Lakhs. There is no reply from there end inspite of several e-mails. What is next course of action against these fradulent company.

Q: I wish to sell my 2BHK unit in Piyush Heights, what will be the premium i will get on 1500/-booking, is it right time to sell or should i wait
Latest Answer: The project is delayed but I also see that everything is delayed in that area. Wastage is less in the super area and quality is better as compared to Omaxe, so it will get lot more premium if you can wait. Right now, 2 bhk at Piyush height is going for 34L.
