Q:I have been allotted a 3 BHK HIG flat in Pratap Apartment, Pratap Nagar Sector 29. It will cost around 49 lakh. I am yet to make payment to RHB. Please suggest, how good the prospectus is..and I will have to rent this flat after possession. How much rent I may get and how much maintenance charges I'll have to pay.
