Q: Please communicate about the progress about shree city phase 2 at Mahla Chowk Jaipur. Pls let me know.

Latest Answer: Hi , As per my knowledge , this a plot project by Shree Group in Ajmer Road, Mahla, Jaipur. This is a Govt. Approved Project, Clear Title, Freehold residential plots . This project is well connected with local transport facility . This project has clearly demarcated Plots, Park & Open Space as per Govt. norms.

when will i get the possession in the count garden?
Q: i have already paid 50 % to you county garden but still did not got the possession and you guys are now asking for full payment. do tell me how can i pay you guys until and unless you guys give me the possession of land assurance.because today date cannot trust anyone that easily with blind eyes so i request you all when you give me possession assurance then i will give you full payment . just live give and take one hand give other hand take no problem for you all and me .
if you feel anything offensive for me then i am apologize to you all. please dont take is personal ok thanks

Latest Answer: Hi, Madhuri, Me too was interested to invest in this project which would be my first investment too. But got to know through my friends who has invested in this project that they have no approvals yet. Since it launched a long way ago and almost no progress so far. They also have some legal issueand are not providing any information regarding possession date and resale option. My friend advised me not to invest in this project or to pay balance dues till some clearity from them.
