Q:This company has taken money from me for allotment of 400 sq yards plot in their Highway Hill Green Project in Pawta-Kotputli & has abandoned this project after conducting Bhumi Puja. Complaint was filed in consumer court & a non bailable arrest warrant has been issued in the name of Mr Dharmender Yadav-MD. They have closed their office in Noida & are absconding to avoid arrest. Kindly let me know about their whereabouts to enable their arrest.
