Need a review on Green Sky blue forest Apartments
Q: Hello Owners/tenants of GSBF,

I am considering to buy an apartment here.Please let me know the pros & cons of this project.
How is the quality of structure? Any leaks/damages?
How is the general maintenance?
Is there any water issue? Borewell or Cauvery?
There is a swamp behind the buliding. Does it lead to more mosquitoes/insects?

Q: I had come over and looked at an apartment in the 1st block as we enter (apt on 1st floor); however havent been able to get in touch with the owner (Mrs.Rajan) as nobody is answering the landline at her place and the mobile number is not available with Security.
