Q:I have been asked to pay a vat of Rs 1.9 lakhs, however this was not discussed to me during agreement.. can I go legal? Need advice from fellow owners

This tax was covered in the rate sheet as " all applicable taxes" , how ever the point which needs to be highlighted is that they never stated that these taxes can be as high as 1 .9 lac, which could have influenced your decision of buying this property
