Q:Hi All Commonfloor users,How is Sumadhuras builder?I am planning to book a 2BHK flat in Sumadhuras Vasantham near Hoodi, Whitefield. I visited the site and found that its an industrial area. How can some builder get approval for a residential project around such area? Please share your thoughts.

I was very curious to take a look at the their properties - when i visited one of their site locations - Soham, I was really impressed with their service. The experience was simply great. The way they treat their customers, and they readily gave all verification documents and approvals.The Im planning to book an apartment in Soham.
