Q:Please do not even think of booking an apartment here. We had booked apartment almost 15 months back with 10 percent upfront payment. But till today skyline has not submitted any legal papers for our reference. Now they threaten us to pay next installment or they will not share any papers with us. When we protested skyline is not bothered to answer our queries. My sincere request for each buyer to first go and visit skyline other ongoing projects (delay is more than3 to four years) Before booking. Go through consumer complaints given in various forum against skyline and then please make sure you get hold of all the legal documents before paying even one rupee to skyline.
