Q: Is Janani Homes a trustworthy builder? Or is it better to go Can anyone elaborate why there are no takers for this project? with Pacifica Aurum or Unitech Palm villas?
The rate was Rs 6200 per sft to start with with all amenities etc included. Now they have reduced the cost to Rs 5500 per sft excluding amenities etc. The overall cost has infact increased. Isn't this a bad practice from a builder?
Latest Answer: To Start with, i am one of the house owners in their project blue bells padur. They have increased the per sq ft price 2 times what they have promised. I got possession of the house after more than 7 years in 2017. Still they didnot hand over the entire project to house owners and no house owner association could be formed. The maintenance charge was as per agreement Rs. 1.50 per square feet. Now suddenly then demand additional Rs. 1.00 totalling Rs. 2.50 per square feet. This house was my fathers last wish so i pursued and bought it with his death settlement from his company They took Rs1 lac for TNEB connection from all house holders irrespective of size of the house Still they did not provide meters to many people and TNEB has cut electricity to some houses So my Advice is be cautious in dealing with Shri Janani Homes

Q: Few questions
1. What is the per sq.ft cost of villas in this project
2. When is the expected completion for this project
3. There are several complaints about the builder on multiple consumer forum websites. will there be an impact (or is there already an impact) on the progress of this project
4. Why is this highly priced? Other townships in Siruseri are quoting 2990/sft, which is less than half of the quoted price for this project

Latest Answer: HI all Please do not buy anything from Janani Homes. I bought the house in Grand Ellora, they said they will complete it by 12 months, but the they took 3 years, they made me to cry... They are really suck. The owner is really very bad. The way he talks is really bad. Please be careful. They won't response well once you bought the house especially for NRI. I beg you all Please don't buy anything from them. Past 3 years, I suffered a lot, No words to express. Please buy from reputed company. They won't keep their promise.
