Q: Hi, Can anyone let me the possession date and status of work in AJNARA HOMES. I have a flat in "M" Block.
Latest Answer: Hi Ajnara is asking for Pratikar in addition to the cost of the flat which was agreed upon at the time of booking the flat in Ajnara Homes. Has anyone any idea about this ? The Demand Draft of the Pratikar should be in favour of GNIDA. Kindly reply whether anyone has paid the pratikar so far.

Q: Hey people share with me about the details of the project!
Latest Answer: The banks that have approved the project are ICICI, HDFC, Axis. You can take home loan from them! I think they will pass 80% home loan!

Q: Hi, in light of new developments in the land acquisition issue, do you think this project will stay?

I have a 2 BHK ground floor flat booked in the project with home loan from IDBI. We have already paid nearly 5 lakhs (down payment & EMIs)& don't know what to do next. We are thinking of
- stopping EMI payments to the bank untill there is clarity on this from the builder.

We spoke to the bank & have got insider info that banks have stopped all payment to all these builders.

I am sure there are many more customers like us but was wondering if anyone else is contemplating similar action.

If you are a customer of ajnara homes pls do get in touch with me (ritutyagi79@gmail.com ). Combined action from many customers will put more pressure on the builder rather than each one of us trying seperately.

Latest Answer: i am in a similar situation. I had also spoken to the people in IDBI bank and they have stopped new payments , however old payments are still going on. i am in a real state of confusion as to what i should do.
