Q:VI. The PURCHASER/S is aware that the VENDOR would be obtaining a plan sanction for the development of the adjoining land in the Schedule ‘A’ Property and that all common road / amenities and facilities which are provided in the Schedule ‘A’ Property would also be used by the owners of the adjoining land and the PURCHASER/S has agreed that he/she/they shall not object or raise any objections for such usage by the user of the adjoining land and the PURCHASER is also aware that the common amenities and facilities as per Annexure I is subject to technical feasibility and approvals from competent authorities.
