Latest Answer: what are we talking about here, 2.6 crores per plot in perumbakkam.. am i in india or in a different universe..... for sure people are virtually hiking the rates.. please don't get trapped..for sure it is not worth.. even i hold a plot in perumbakkam gandhi nagar society and i am not interested in selling.. the rate quoted here is totally virutall and not the market price...the market price should be Rs 50 lacs per plot and not more than that...
