Latest Answer: NO construction has started yet. I visited the venue last week. However the area is well secured by boundary wall, well laid road with plantation, security guards, entrance gate as is in photographs. Approach road from the airport is excellent, and then from Thimmapur railway station to the Karvy NOva is amidst farm lands. Came to know from the guard that many farm lands adjacent to Karvy Nova's plot, ar acquired by "My Home realtors". As evident they are of very positive repute.
