Q:Hi buyers, this property is in legal trouble. Currently there is a stay order.Here is the order number OS 5951 / 13.I saw this number painted all over the under construction building. Upon further enquiry, got a confirmation the property is in a legal tangle with a society and the land owners. The builders have wiped out the order number, but the case is still pending in the courts.
