Q: Dear Owners,

I wanted to know if the project is authentic and do they have all the required approvals from the Government for this land. They have mentioned that some of their clients are from SAP Labs India. I am not sure if this is true. If there is anyone please let me know.

After they able to keep the timelines as they have promised or the construction?

I just have one Qn: What is your rationale for selecting Pentagon. What is the reason you have selected Sarjapur as the location of your home

Latest Answer: First thing...you are getting a Villa at the price of a 2 BHK apartment, with a gated community and all amenties. Place is cool and Calm. Less polluted. Traffic Less Road (You will find less traffic anytime. Good schools nearby. If you are working in ITPL/Electronic city the distance is within 20 KM. And lastly if you are fond of farming there is a big land in front of Passiflora.(just kidding!!)
