For Rs 23,000 per month (excluding society maintenance) It is 1410 sq ft with 2 car parkings (in lower basement). Semi-Furnished: Currently the wood work in the flat is going on: Kitchen Cabinets & Bedroom wardrobes / Desk / Bathroom Fixtures. Additional electrical points + provision for central UPS system has been done. Painting of the apartment will happen by the end of 2nd week of March.
