Q: EROS HAVE TAKEN FULL PAYMENT BY CHEQUE ALSO TOOK INTEREST BY CHEQUE COMPARING TO OTHERS MY SHOP COST MORE BUT THERE IS NO SIGN OF START ANY BUSINESS ALSO THEY ARE CHARGING MAINTENANCE WITHOUT EVEN UTILIZING THE SHOP FOR SINGLE DAY.NO BODY MEETS IN OFFICE NO ONE CARES TO ATTEND MAILS ONLY THEY TALK VERBAL BUT NOT IN WRITING OR THROUGH MAILS.EVEN CONSENT LETTERS ARE ALSO TAKEN UNDER PRESSURE BUT NO PROGRESS .OUR HARD EARNED MONEY IS STRUCK WITH OUT ANY OUR FAULT WHEN EVER WE SAY TO APPRACH COURT THEY REPLY" jaye jahan 27 case chal rahen hain waha ek aur ho jayegaa."

Fraud by the company

Q: I have a shop in this mall. Company is not making any efforts to start this mall. Its the duty of the company to open it and invite renowned brands and advertise for it to make people know about it. But no steps are being taken for same. On top of it they are charging maintainance without any service. So we all should unite to talk with the company.
