Latest Answer: The worst builder in Noida extension please avoid paramount builder projects no facilities no amenities only making fill, finding way to extract money from existing buyers, lot of RERA cases pending, even after full payment people are waiting for handover past 2 years , better to go for some other socity

Latest Answer: Hi Manish, This issue of green area was happned in paramont Symphony (crossing republic). I think the reason behind is due to free hold land in this area. In NE, the land is lease hold.

Q: since there are reviews available for other projects in noida extention.But there is no review or insterest shown by people regarding paramount emotion project by paramount in noida extention.

Latest Answer: Worst builder never ever buy any flat in paramount emotions, buyers still did not the flat actual handover even they done with registry, more than 500 cases agaist builder for handover, lack of basic facilities
