Q:parking of the 2nd cars in vacant parking lotcan the society bar entry to the second car though there are ample vacant parking slots which have not been allocated.Should the MC not give details of such slots hich have not been allocated as yet.

A developer cannot sell the car park to a person who purchases a flat from him, he can allot the same on a first come first served basis without charging any money from him. The housing society is allowed to frame its own parking rules. If any slots remain vacant for want of applicants, which is sometimes the case for open parking, a second parking space may be allotted to interested members. Allotment of Parking space is a "Administrative function" and the MC as well as General Body are empowered to allot the parking space to its own Registered members.
Q:What about the parking, the builder is claiming that he is not charging anything for the parking. The real fact is he is selling 280 flats with only approximately 200 parking. The existing parking would be allotted through lottery .... where would the balance 80 park there cars... builder is claiming he would create additional parking in the garden space in next 6 months ..... whether we should trust ... he has a perfect ale by where he can say he has never charged for the parking and hence why should he provide parking ... any suggestions
Latest Answer: No mention of parking in contact.is it required? He said that parking would be given through lottery. Not sure whether lottery is a plan, where he would not mention anything in the agreement and issue separate allotment letter to the members.if the allotment letters are more than parking then it would be decided through lottery.
