Q:Has anybody booked in Brentwood? There are quite a few factors - which I'm trying to get views from others. 1) there is a confusion whether the area falls under panchayat or bbmp 2) there is public garbage dumping place used by BBMP nearby 3) road is not constructed 4)payment terms - not based on development of the project rather flat 5% every 2 months. Have you checked on these points?

2.Have you taken any loan from SBI... I am planning to book and wanted to check if this is SBI approved?
3.Is there any penalty clause for delay?
