Q: Hi All will need your reviews on buying a house on topmost floor... 14th floor.... its vaswani brentwood in thubarahalli... does the builder allow for grill... what other factors to keep in mind...?

I have bought flat at the top floor and there is legal issues in the top floor flat. Please verify the legal documents first before buying. At the moment, you will not get sbi loan for the top floor flat.

Hi, There are disadvantages of buying a house on the topmost floor such as a) Flat would be super hot during summer b) Seepage problems if after rains water accumulates at few points on the terrace and c) Lift is under repair, it is very difficult

Hi Rakesh, I agree that there are demerits of buying an apartment on the top floor but there are merits as well like 1) less noise 2) good ventilation 3) panoramic views from the top floor and 4) lower heating cost during winter days
