posession of Lily, Ravi Builders
Q: The builder had promised posession in Oct 2010. Till April 2011 actual posession has not been given. False 100% completion certificate has been given by Architect. Banks also releases loan without verification.Bldg does not have water, lift etc. Pl state when will be the posession given.

Q: I booked the flat in Iris on 10th of jan/20010 and you guys have committed me that the work of the building will be started on 26/jan/20010 and I will get the possession on or before dec/2011. Though its already been completed on 1 year ,you have not yet started the work of Iris. So, please confirm me when the work for Iris will be started & when we will get the possession.
