posession of Lily, Ravi Builders
Q: The builder had promised posession in Oct 2010. Till April 2011 actual posession has not been given. False 100% completion certificate has been given by Architect. Banks also releases loan without verification.Bldg does not have water, lift etc. Pl state when will be the posession given.

Q: The builder had promised possession in Oct 2010 (Diwali). Till Feb 2011 he has not handed over the possession and is asking for parking charges which are not legal
