One of the major landmarks near the village is the IIM Indore campus, which is only 3kms from the area. It is a developing area, but you can't currently live there because you have to go to Indore city to get any amenities. But, the area has many educational institutions and hospitals, so if you are buying a property here, not only will it appreciate in the future, but you can also give it for rent for the many students who study near the area.
