Treasure Fantasy or Shubham Greens?

Q: Guys I want to invest in an apartment in Rangwasa. I heard of two good projects - the Treasure Fantasy and the Shubham Greens. Anyone has the details on these apartments? I would like price details and other general informations

The treasure fantasy apartments are available in a price bracket of Rs 15 to 25 lacs, whereas the Shubham greens ones are so much more costlier, Rs 45 lacs. Its a clear choice between the two actually.

Depends on what you are looking for. If its to rent the place out then I think that you can get the cheaper one. But if its for a family house then I think you should get the Shubham Greens ones.

Treasure Fantasy is a good choice because they have already got a Narmada line. Also they are getting police verification done for all the owners so it ensures you are not living with goons. Also it is the only CRISIL 7 STAR rated property in MP

Good decisions. Both projects have nice apartments under them. The treasure fantasy has rowhouses or villas, the Shubham Greens have only villas. Plots are also there under the Shubham Greens project. Are you interested in those?

No I mostly want just apartments. I like the shubham greens rowhouses too, but the treasure fantasy ones are way cheaper, so I'm kind of confused which one to go forNo I mostly want just apartments.
