Iam planning to buy 3 BHK apartment DSR Sunrise Near Hope Farm Junction, Channasandra Main Road.,
Q: Iam planning to buy 3 BHK apartment in DSR Sunrise, Near Hope Farm Junction, Chenna Sandra Main Road (near ITPL),Bangalore. Can any one tell me whether construction quality is good, is there any legal /land issues/deviations in project, status of Occupancy Certificate etc. Is it worth buying here, how about neighborhood(surroundings), any issues like foul smell, sound etc. I want feedback from person staying in this project preferably. Thanks

Latest Answer: Kerthi - Most places pent houses are illegal, so please make sure that there is plan approval given to him to built it. Get a bank approval loan through a nationalized bank. Suppose if the apartment is illegal and you are not able to sell it again then what would you do ?

Anyone bought a flat in Rohan Avriti? Any views? Also attaching my views
Q: Booked a flat in Rohan Avriti. Lot of reasons:-


1) Very Nice location

2) good builder

3) No common walls for most of the apartments

4) Nice layout

5) Proximity to all the basic needs

6) very near to Pheonix mall

Latest Answer: Yes Project is good. Group buying will not work in getting you discounts. The current rate is Rs 4200 + Rs 75 for floor rise. Also amenities facing flats are Rs 200 extra. Location is good. Right now they have opened the booking for A and B block. Looks like construction is at pace and i am expecting this project to be finished by Dec 2014(even though they are saying Aug 2014). 3 series in A block is very good for 2 BHK.
