I am planning to buy a resale property from an investor. Investor didnot get possesion and already paid 90% payment.So there will be tri-party agreement between Apointer(investor) , me(nominee) and builder (owner/seller) .What are the key clause I should check as buyer in the agreement?
Latest Answer: Hello ..there are certain points to be careful about before signing an agreement. For example Check that all figures and any other information inserted into the agreement are correct or not, make sure the agreement clearly states the rights and duties of the parties, if there the builder does not deliver the project on time there must be a clause of penalty etc.
