If you manage to buy a house here, lucky for you because the value is just going to appreciate like anything. The Gachibowli flyover that opened about 2 years ago has done wonders for transportation. The flyover ensures that vehicles from Madhapur and Kukatpally and those coming via Kondapur move onto the ORR without much causing traffic congestion at the junction. Also there are 81 pole lights installed all along the flyover which is a marked improvement for visibilty in the nights. Now there's even a service road. There have been some complaints about potholes and low quality roads but work is still taking place and I'm sure there are going to be many more improvements.
