Q: Recently got to know that supreme court has given orders on nagarjuna residency that the area covered is under litigation & they have to stop construction. Is it true? There was also an article on one of the telugu news channel stating that the construction is illegal. Is it true? Can people buy apartments there?

Latest Answer: As far as I know there is no legal issue with Nagarjuna Residency. The Nagarjuna Residency has an advantageous location where from it enjoys good connectivity, the air port is also near by . The project offers 3bhk and 4bhk apartment with all modern facilities. Before buying an apartment I suggest you to visit the site and make your decision.

Q: just thinking of buying a flat in NCC gachibowli. would like opinions/experiences of current owners.
Latest Answer: [Continued] good floor plan, outside space is congested. 6. Finally very competetive price. We got a 3 BHK for 3300 and that's a great/best price for Gachibowli compared to what L&T, Jayabheri etc are offering. We had looked at Ranky, L&T, Lanco, Boulder Hills, Jayabheri, Trendset, Mantri, PBEL etc. Nothing scored in all 6 areas mentioned above. The only downside is the sizes start at 2430 sqft (and go upto 3100) and it might not be affordable for all sectors (like mantri who has 2 bhks of 850 sqft). But for those who are looking for spacious 3/4 BHK, its the best deal. Disclaimer: I'm in no way related to Nagarjuna constructions or hold no share in their earnings :) I'm just happy about finding a great project and wanted to share it with everyone!
