Metro City project in Kakkanad
Q: Hey guys, what do you know about the Metro City project? Is it under construction? Any idea of when it will be finished. I’m asking because I wanted to buy property in Kochi, so I’m considering these areas myself.

Latest Answer: Hey, its a good idea to invest in areas around the Metro City project. The Metro City is nothing but a huge commercial complex, which will consist of a number of shopping malls, multiplexes, theatres, restaurants and hotels. This project is being developed in Kakkanad, so I think that’s where you should consider investing. It is already a quite happening locality in Kochi. There are a number of upcoming projects in this locality, and you can look them up from the Commonfloor website itself.

Q: Hey I was just curious to know if the upcoming Kochi Metro would pass through Kakkanad or not? I stay in Kakkanad and it'd be nice if this was possible.

Latest Answer: Hi buddy, there is a possibility that the Kochi Metro would pass through Kakkanad but we can be only sure once the Metro is ready. However there are talks going on to link the metro to Kakkand.
