Q: Hi. I am moving to a new job in Yadavagiri Industrial Estate next year. I was looking for housing in Gokulam area. Anyone has information on this Pathak Pratham Glory residential project?

Latest Answer: I know about this project. Gokulam is a brilliant locality and this Pathak Pratham Glory is located near the intersection of Contour Road and KRS Road. It has less than 100 apartment units with about 1100 sq ft area. The apartments are being designed to be spacious and luxurious. I think it will fit your demands.

Latest Answer: Ha ha. Just see the shape of the plot. It is triangular in shape. Who constructs apartment in a triangular shaped plot. No work is going on this project for last 2 years. Don't get trapped buying this apartment. It might have legal problems or the same apartments might have been already sold to multiple people which is general strategy of Pathak developers.

Latest Answer: No work is going on in this project for last 2 years. I daily pass from this project site. I think it will take atleast 7-8 years for this project to get complete if in case the developer has any plan to complete it.

Latest Answer: These guys haven't told you about the specifications available in the project. The bathroom has best quality fixtures from Jaguar and Parryware, and the main door frame is made of teak. The floors have antiskid tiles for bathroom and vitrified tiles for the rest of the house. The project is very close to the railway station, and Nilgiris supermarket is also near the project. There are large balconies, and the bedrooms are also nice and has a lot of space.
