Any feedback on builder reputation, which all projects they have done earlier?

Latest Answer: They claim to be the builder for crescent mall and cresent apartment as well within Sushant Golf city, not sure as not enough information available. Being a new developer and selling the project on a low price creates a sense of doubt in investing at pre launch stage. Should I wait till ground work start??

Precaution on buying property in Plumeria
Q: Will suggest people to check on construction status before buying property in Plumeria. Some of the buildings have not been constructed even though other buildings started later are being constructed as they sold it at higher rate. Have been waiting for 7 years now after booking in 2006 and haven't got the flat yet. Rohtas took it over 4 years back and haven't made much progress. No answer from their corporate offices either to queries on the delay. Simply taking people for ride.

What can be done if the possession date for my villa has passed and construction has not yet started?
Q: I’ve booked my villa 2 yr ago & possession due date was Feb 2013.Forget about possession, the construction of my villa has not started yet. Now I’ve been told that my unit has been removed from the map & I'll be allotted a new unit number. There has been no paper work done till now & no comms on when the things will get sorted. I’m very much annoyed & frustrated by this.I’ve done full payment to the builder & I’m paying interest to the bank on the loan.Eldeco doesn't offer a construction linked plan on their schemes. If mine was a construction linked payment plan, I would have paid only booking amount till now & wouldn't have taken loan yet. I would have invested my money somewhere else which would have benefited me.I know that there are other villas also which are in the same situation so this is my request to the owners of those villas to speak up & lets join hands & think of some action plan.Also if this reaches to some property experts, it is my request to kindly offer a help.

Latest Answer: well dear all, I have little more info to share with you all. It is being constructed by NAGARJUNA CONSTN CO,NCC-(HYDERABAD) & the project is approved by LDA. It is expected to be completed by sep 2012 as answered by PRO-LDA on 04/09/2012. Mr. Vikas, All the flats have been allotted to the applicants in Jan 2011& being sold by property dealers/successful applicants.
