Best Area to stay in Ahmedabad for a non-veg'e
Q: Hi All,

My self Soumya, I am moving to Ahmedabad from November. I am a bengali and a hardcore non vegetarian. I have managed to found some quality places like Gota, Motera, Chandkheda and SG Highway. But I am in fear that will I be managed to get a decent flat which will have no restriction for a non-veg'e or not. So I am requesting you all to help me with the name of some locality where I can manage to find a flat.

Latest Answer: Hi, It is my personal advice to you that before buying any property visit the site or locality, ask for the owners of the property, verify all the legal approvals, visit the nearest municipal corporation and verify all the legal approvals, connectivity, basic daily necessities such as schools, markets, hospitals, banks, bus stop etc. from the property which you want to buy. If it is possible take the advice of a legal adviser.

Is installing water meter compulsory for houses in Ahmedabad?
Q: Hi, I own a house and hotel in Ahmedabad. I want to know if it is compulsory to install water meters in my house? And is it required in my hotel too?

Latest Answer: Yes Anoop, from April 1st all the properties can use water only if they have fixed meters.. otherwise the AMC will take action against them. I think it may take off the connection temporarily or so..

Q: Where is New Prahaladnagar. Show nearby other area how far it is from Drive in Cinema or Sattadhar Society Ghatlodiya. I have not heard about New Prahaladnagar and what is the approach route whether it is within AMC. What are the Near by Land marks etc.
