2 BHK Flat in ORS
Q: I am having 2 BHK in ORS Royal Residency which I booked in 2008 and they promise to deliver in 2008 and today its Aug 2015.I have taken loan of 11 LAKH and Paid 8 LAKH of my own.And I came to know that the builder don't have the buiding license and earlier they were using triveni license.When I talk to them or write mail they give vague answer.Now I want to exit the property as I dont see any futue so can anyoneguide on this.

Latest Answer: It is said that Faridabad is growing slow than rest of the part of NCR. So I would suggest you to wait till the Badarpur flyover work is completed as it will change the picture of Faridabad.

The buyer wants the photo copy of my original property documents to get a loan.
Q: I am about to sell my house for which I have already taken the token money from the buyer. The buyer needs to apply for a home loan for which he is asking me for the photo copy of my house documents. Is there any risk if I give the photo copies?

Latest Answer: The bank requires No Encumbrance Certificate from the buyer when a Loan is sanctioned. The respective bank has to verify all documents related to the property. You won't face any issue, if you hand over the photo copies of your property documents.
