Regiatration policy
Q: Will flat registration includes car parking also or car parking area will have to registered separably.

Latest Answer: As i'm buying a flat but builder say car parking will not be registered rather it will be allotted by lottery system. Is it the right procedure, please help me out as i'm bit confused.

Seepage issue in my apartment
Q: I have an apartment in Ranchi. For a few years I have had seepage in some rooms and bathrooms in my apartment. Lately it has become quite worse.I have had done several requests to the apartment management but the management has not taken my complains seriously. I have not done any written complain to the management yet . What can I do to get this issue resolved soon?Thanks,Bharat Pandey
