Latest Answer: Hello, Mir the Greens is a township project and it is under construction. They are planning to give the possession phase wise. By then , they said that the club house will be ready.

Heera Dreams, Alathara, Sreekariam.
Q: Booked a flat in Heera Homes, Alathara, Sreekariam over three years ago. Paid 1/3 of amount already with bank loan. Work has been halted for over two years now. Heera has not officially notified any customers. Are we going to be cheated?

Latest Answer: I have given 6 lakhs in This project. Now they raised the rate. Even though they promised they will return the amount with 8 percent interest they have not given back even after 6 months. Any heera dreams customer may contact me for organising a protest. My number is 9586944966 .

What is the current rate per SQFT for appartments at trivandrum and cochin.
