STRUCTURAL 

• RCC framed structure 
• 9"Thick brick wall for the outer wall and the 4 1/2"Thick brick for the internal partition wall. 
• Ceiling height is maintained at3m slab to slab. 

WALL FINISHES 

• Internal wall will be finished with cement plaster with putty finish and Emulsion paint Inclusion of Toilet wall above the tile level. 
• Bathroom walls will be finished with glazed ceramic tiles up to height of 7 feet height. 
• Kitchen Platform will be finished with glazed ceramic tile up to 2 feet. Exterior faces of the building will be finished with 1 coat primer & 2 coat exterior emulsions. 

FLOORING 

• Living, Dining, Bedrooms, and Kitchen & Study will have 600*600 mm vitrified tiles 
• Bathroom, Utility & Balcony will have 300*300 mm matte finish ceramic tiles 
• Car park will be laid with terracotta tiles. 
• Staircase will be laid with granite flooring and MS railings. 
• Terrace will be provided with weathering tiles flooring 

KITCHEN 

• Kitchen will be provided with stainless steel sink 
• Provision for chimney and water purifier will be provided 
• CP fittings will be Jaguar Essco or equivalent 

BATHROOMS 

• Wall mounted washbasin Parryware or equivalent 
• Wall mounted closet Parryware or equivalent in Master Bedroomand IWC for common Bathroom. 
• All CP fittings and sanitary fittings will be Jaguar Essco or Equivalent Provision for exhaust and geyser will be provided in all bathrooms. 

DOORS 

• Main door with teak wood with Teak wood frame having Godrej or equivalent locks.Tower bolts, Door viewers, Safety latch, Door stopper, Etc., 
• Imported skin doors with teak wood frame will have Godrej or equivalent locks, thumb turn with key, doorstopper, etc., 

WINDOWS  

• Windows will be U PVC Panel with see- through Plain glassand MS grills on inner side( Wherever applicable) with mosquito mesh. 
• French door will be provided with U PVC frame and toughened glass without grills. (wherever applicable) 
• Ventilators will have U PVC frame with suitable louvered glass panes. 

ELECTRICAL FITTINGS 

• Orbit/Finolex or equivalent cables and wiring 
• Switches and sockets will be Anchor Roma or equivalent 
• Telephone and DTH points will be provided in living room 
• Split air conditioner points will be provided for all bedrooms Modular plate switches and MC B 
• Inverter provision will be given for lights and fan points 
• Master electrical control switch near main entrance to control all major electrical points 

EXTERNAL FEATURES 

• Underground sump & OHT with RCC wall for both drinking water/ bore water. 
• 3- phase power supply will be provided for each fiats 
• Common electricity connection with 3-phase for Lift, Motor and common area lights
