Structure

• R.C.C foundation designed to suit the Soil Strata. Walls with Solid Concrete Blocks.

Flooring & Wall Tiling

• Vitrified tile flooring in all rooms, kitchen and balconies (Kajaria / Simpolo / Somany / AGL / RAK / Cera or equivalent).

• Toilets: Tiles for flooring and walls up to false ceiling.

• Kitchen: A working platform with granite top and stainless steel sink with drain board (Franke / Nirali / Prince or equivalent). Tile dado above working platform up to a height of 50 cm.
