Plastering

Painting

Terrace
Internal stair case with standard MS grill and Hand rails as per Kristal design, if waterproofing on terrace. Maximum number of doors to be 8 nos., for built up area of 1200 Sft.
Elevation
Elevation, as per Kristal Group Architects Design Clients modifications at extra cost, subjected to technically feasibility.
Water Supply
Water supply will be supplied from captive bore-well.Electricity would be provided from the internal transformer.
