Structure :
The type of construction of the strucuture is RCC frame structure with footings , columns , beams , Slab etc. to Kristal Design.

Walls :
The walls are 6” Solid Block Masonry for External walls & 4? Solid Block Masonry for Internal walls.

Doors :
The Main Door is purely of Teak wood frame and teak wood shutter with Polish on both sides , B & R Locks or equivalent lock with Brass fittings and stopper.

Other Doors :The internal doors are Hardwood frame with Designed moulded shutter with imported skin on one side and paint on the other side with , B & R or Equivalent lock and brass fittings.

Windows :
The windows are Anodized /Powder coated Aluminum three track with Wooden frames with glass in two tracks and GI mosquito mesh in one track.

Flooring :
The floors are Vitrified Tiles (24? x 24 flooring for Living / Dining & Bed rooms & 12”x12” ceramic flooring in kitchen , balcony & utility with 4? skirting. Ceramic flooring in Toilets.

Kitchen :
The kitchen is provided with 20mm thick polished granite slab over RCC platform with stainless steel sink with drain board.

Toilets :
The toilets are provided with exclusive Ceramic tile dadoing (Light color) of 7’ height ,
Concealed CPVC/PVC/GI pipe lining with Marc/Equivalent brand CP fittings and Cera brand 50% color ceramic fittings. wash basin(without pedestals).

Plastering & Painting :
The Internal Walls and Ceiling are Neeru finish with 2 coats of Premium Emulsion. The External walls have Sand finish plaster with 2 coats of exterior weather coat paint.(Brush Finish).

Terrace :
The terrace includes — parapet wall , Lift M/C Room , Staircase Head Room & Over Head Tank and water proofing.

Parking area :
The parking area includes — in the basement with cement flooring , lift well , Staircase ,
Electrical Room, Generator Room , Sump , Transformer etc.

Loft :
One loft in all bedrooms and kitchen.

Wardrobes :
Provision for wardrobes in all bedrooms.

Electrical :
The electrical fittings includes — Concealed copper wiring for Electricity with Anchor Rider/Equivalent switches with sufficient light , fan , TV , telephone , plug points with standard switch boards.(with Split A/C point in MBR & chimney point in kitchen).

Common Area :
The common area includes — Staircase (Kristal design) , lift , flooring in common area will be of Granite or equivalent, MS hand rails for Staircase and corridor. Servants Toilet as per feasibilty will be provided.

Payment Schedule

10% of the Total cost           Along with the Booking Form ( Cheque will deposited after Plan Approval / 15 Days )
90% of the Total cost            According to Construction Schedules From starting Till completion.
